California Governor Jerry Brown officially declared that the state's drought is over after an overwhelmingly wet winter. The mountains are packed full of snow, reservoirs are filling up and rivers are raging on. After four extraordinarily dry years, this is a welcomed change.
It is one thing to hear this news from a politician... It is another to see it for yourself.
